It’s about that time

I really just need to get everything off my chest.

It’s been too long.

since the last time i’ve posted.

And that’s definitely a bad thing

because for some reason

when I don’t write 

I feel like i’m holding my breath.

I’ve been writing for so long that the habit has become sort of

meditative

to me now

Especially with the more frequent than normal oddities

that happen in my life.

It’s time for a brief (not so brief) catch up.

good breakfast ideas that i want to try

whole wheat toast with almond butter

apple slices and cheese squares

whole wheat waffles with peanut butter on top and a side of raisens

Smaller plate:

less food.

Smaller utinsils:

the longer it’ll take to eat the food on that little plate.

If your going to eat nuts, pistaccios are the way to go because peeling the shells takes time so you can’t eat a bunch at once.

have a low calorie soup before lunch & dinner you wont be as likely to grab a huge serving this way.
